The RE/MAX Asset Management Division is a team of 9 REO specialists (6 of us are licensed Realtors) servicing Southeastern Massachusetts (including Boston), Cape Cod and Rhode Island. Together we represent one of New England's largest REO listing teams while consistently maintaining one of the highest closing percentages in the area. We specialize in all facets of the listing, marketing and sale of bank owned (REO) properties. With the support of one of the largest and most successful brokerages in the area, we are prepared to assist our lender/outsourcer partners in a time of increased non-performing loans coupled with the complexity of property management.
